If your coming to St. John and want the best view, home and accessories….WaterCliff is definitely your destination. Best home layout we’ve rented in St. John. Private and perfect for family or group. It’s so close to Cruz Bay and the property is very secure. The pool was wonderful and the home is situated high on the edge of the cliff for perfect views and great trade winds everyday. If you have the chance to stay here, do it!!! ~ DL

Extraordinary views, private, ideal location, truly a special villa with pool!  A week at Water Cliff was the ideal vacation. It offered a very private escape with spectacular views in an ideal location just 5 minutes from Cruz Bay restaurants, shopping and night life. Daily adventures for exploration, water activities and adventure are there waiting for you. We ventured out every day to yet another tucked away little paradise for snorkeling, swimming, hiking, checking out historical ruins and finding great little restaurants with local color and charm. The villa itself has an ideal floor plan and is well appointed and well maintained offering all of the extras–outdoor showers with lovely views, snorkel equipment, games, etc. It is conducive to swims in the pool, al fresco dining and enjoyable times with friends and family in a beautiful setting. What is there not to like!!!!! I can see from its popularity and bookings that I need to put Water Cliff at the top of the list for re-booking as soon as possible. This is one property that does not at all disappoint.

Cliff side St John paradise! My wife and I just returned from a week in St.John and stayed at Water Cliff. What a marvelous property!!! This was our ninth visit to St. John. Each trip we have stayed in a different Villa. Water Cliff ranks right up top with some of the homes we’ve enjoyed. Perfect location!! Private. Secure. Very close to town, but worlds away from everything! Great layout. Private bedrooms, all with outdoor showers and views. Functional kitchen and comfortable living area with amazing views of Caribbean, sunrise and sunsets! The pool is perfect and very private for those who may enjoy less clothing. The company that greets and cleans was very accommodating and friendly. Water Cliff is perfect for a St. John holiday.

Wow! Wonderful Visit!!! When planning our trip to St. John, we were a little overwhelmed with finding a suitable villa, as there are so many nice houses to choose from. In the end, we were so happy that we chose Water Cliff for the following reasons: 1. The views are AMAZING! To the right, you can see St. Thomas, which is especially beautiful at night all lit up. And to the left, you have beautiful turquoise sea with occasional boats passing by. We spent a lot of time on the decks enjoying the daytime, sunset & evening views. 2. The owners & Catered To staff were great. The owners were so helpful to us in planning our visit. And Catered To met us at the ferry, delivered us to the house, and had stocked the house with snacks & much needed beers after our journey to St. John. While we appreciated the welcome beers, we really appreciated how well the house was provisioned. We have been to many rentals where you have to bring your own toilet paper & soap. So, it was unexpected to find that Water Cliff was amply stocked with toiletries and a full kitchen (blender, coffee grinder, etc.) They also offered very nice chairs, towels, bags, coolers, etc. for the beach. 3. The location was great. Besides loving the views, we loved how close we were to town, the supermarkets & the beaches. Although the house is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood (except for the occasional roosters), it was so convenient to everything. One final note is that this is a great house for couples traveling together or a family with grown-up kids. Each of the four suites is completely separate from each other and offer privacy, great views, their own outdoor showers & en suite baths. The house is not as great of a fit for people traveling with young children (due to being right on the cliff, and concerns with the decks & stairs, etc.) We would of course love to return to Water Cliff. Thanks again to the owners for making it such a wonderful trip!

Perfect Home Away From Home
We spent a week here with friends. The house is beautiful. Very clean, fully stocked kitchen with utensils, laundry, beach towels, snorkel gear, books. Big rooms and a great living room to sit and chat or play games. The view is stunning. We didn’t want to leave! Our stay was so enjoyable and we look forward to coming back soon.

Unbeatable! My 2 weeks at Watercliff were absolutley magnificent! The house is perfect for couples, families or a large group of friends. We had such an amazing time and I could not have wished for a better house to spend our vacation in. The pool was great, the bedrooms were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen and living room were spacious and perfect for socializing and the views were unbeatable. We explored the island quite a bit and I can honestly say there is no better place to stay! Book now before someone beats you to it!

My extended family stayed at Water Cliff for the week of my daughter’s wedding. Everything was perfect! It was wonderful to have us all in the same house, rather than in different rooms of a hotel. We all could congregate in the pool, on one of the balconies, or in the main living area. It would have been nice if that area had been air conditioned, but it appeared that was the norm for all of the villas. We also rented the villa next door for the groom’s extended family. The villas were super, and it all helped to make our wedding week a wonderful and memorable time.

Water Cliff has been a fabulous stay for us . Came for a wedding and had by far the Best Villa of any other person we knew. Loved the island and all it had to offer. Coral Bay is worth the trip just for the burgers at Skinny Legs! We will do St. John again and will choose Water Cliff. Kay at the management company was very helpful.The house was clean & well maintained. Loved the location & will be recommended by us. Nothing but great on this vacation!

This was our second stay here, 11 years ago we were here on our honeymoon. We came with our best friends this trip and had another amazing week! Our third trip to St.John and Water Cliff was the best house so far! Great views! We made the usual rounds of the great beaches. Spent a fantastic day sailing on a windy day. Really got the boat leaning hard which was a thrill a minute. Enjoyed all the good food at the restaurants. Did lots of snokeling. Lots of great fish! Thanks!

Water Cliff was all we could imagine and more,more,more. Our two families had an amazing week. Each and every moment was filled with relaxation, friendship, laughs and smiles. The accommodations were perfect for us, providing a beautiful, comfortable space for each us while allowing us lots of together space as well. We shared and prepared fabulous meals….took a boat and snorkeled off the coastline…. shopped everywhere…. enjoyed the curvy, left sided roads albeit with a few nervous moments….all in all we all RELAXED on this gorgeous island. We look forward to returning sooner than later……

Water Cliff has been an exceptional house for our first all family get-away. What a stunning location on a beautiful island. Close enough to town yet far enough away, too. We loved the sunsets on the deck and watching the lights of St.Thomas and stars all come on at the same time ( so early !! ) The beaches “wowed” us – the pristine water, soft clean sand, and gentle waves. Impressive fish, too. We appreciated the flashlights strategically placed as we had a major power outage – the whole island & St. Thomas for 6 hrs. Who would have guessed ?? The management staff was wonderful & attentive for any question or problems. It’s sad to be going home so soon. Can only hope to come back to this beautiful paradise.
